You don't HAVE to eat soy to be Vegan. Eat it, don't eat it, makes no difference. Soy is just a bean.
There are plenty of delicious plants to get your protein from:
•Lentils (red, yellow, green)
• Legumes/beans
• Seeds/Nuts (like Hemp Or Pumpkin Seed)
• Nutritional Yeast seasoning -
• Rolled Oats
• Quinoa
• Veggies like peas & broccoli
• Spirulina
• Plant protein powders
• Mock meats like @beyondmeat pea protein -
