3/4 cup Lite Coconut Milk (the kind in a can- look for BPA free such as Native Forest brand)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Medjool Date, pitted (or your favorite sweetener)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with Cinnamon and enjoy!
