Today's workout is to tone and develop those chest muscles for those who are prone to rolling and slumping your shoulders forward but also if you want to keep that area firm and toned!
Exercise 1: Push Up - 3 sets AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Exercise 2: Dumbbell Chest Press - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
Exercise 3: Cable Chest Press - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
Superset Cable Chest Fly - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
Exercise 4: Cable Lower Chest Raise - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
Exercise 5: Cable Overhead Lateral Pull - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
