HOW to Eat VEGETABLES without wanting to Kill Yourself

 

Camouflage vegetables in your favorite foods using 4 extremely nutrient-dense puree’s.  Recipes can certainly be made more nutritious by making them from scratch, rather than using boxed goods.

Puree's :
• White Puree - 2 cups cauliflower, 1 small zucchini, 1 cup white beans, 1 tsp lemon juice
• Orange puree – 1 sweet potatoes, 3 carrots
• Green puree – 1 cup peas, 2 cups broccoli, 2 cups spinach
• Purple puree – 1.5 cups blueberries, 3 cups spinach
ADD ¼ cup portions to recipes that are similar in color and texture; which will hide the healthy vegetable ingredients in foods.
